DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, "Company" means Camrose Resort Casino, "Customer" or "Client" refers to the individual(s) entering into an agreement with the Company for services provided by the Company.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the services of the Company, including but not limited to gaming facilities, dining areas, entertainment venues, and hotel accommodations (collectively referred to as "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, please leave the premises immediately.

RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

The Company reserves all rights in its Services, including but not limited to gaming machines, dining options, entertainment venues, and hotel facilities. The Company has the right to modify or withdraw the Services at any time without prior notice.

GAMBLING REGULATIONS

By participating in gaming activities on the premises, you acknowledge that all gambling is conducted under Alberta Gaming Control Board ("AGCB") regulations. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in gaming activities and provide valid government-issued identification upon request.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

The Company will take reasonable steps to maintain the security and integrity of its Services, including but not limited to maintaining physical security measures, surveillance systems, and cybersecurity protocols. You acknowledge that all personal information collected by the Company is subject to Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA").

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

The Company encourages responsible gaming practices and complies with all relevant regulations related to problem gambling. If you or someone else experiences problems with excessive or compulsive gaming, please contact a member of staff.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from use of its Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damage occurring.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of its Services exceeding a total aggregate amount of $1 million (one million dollars).

INDIRECT DAMAGES EXCLUDED

In addition to other limitations and exclusions contained within these Terms and Conditions, the Company is not responsible for any indirect damages, including but not limited to economic losses, loss of earnings or profit, or harm resulting from reliance on information provided by the Company.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify the Company against all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), and damages arising out of or related to your use of its Services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Alberta Arbitration Act (Arbitrations) Regulations.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use its Services, you acknowledge that you have accepted such changes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between us related to these matters.

CHOICE OF LANGUAGE

The official language of the Company's operations is English, but staff may provide services in other languages on a best-effort basis.

By using the Services provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all provisions outlined within this Agreement.
